It creates a visible signature image on the PDF, matching what most free online signature tools produce. For qualified electronic signatures (PAdES/eIDAS), use a dedicated e-signature provider.
Do you upload my PDF?
No. The entire signing process runs in your browser — nothing is sent to a server.
Can I use my saved signature?
Upload the PNG each time. We don't store signatures between sessions to keep things private.
Does it work on mobile?

Is Sign PDF free to use?
Yes. The Free plan lets you run Sign PDF twice a day on files up to 10 MB, no card required. Pro removes the daily limit and raises the size cap to 50 MB.

What's the maximum file size?
10 MB per file on the Free plan, 50 MB on Pro and 200 MB on Business. Larger files should be compressed first with the Compress PDF tool.
