At PDFs.online we take your privacy seriously. This is an initial draft of our policy.

Files you upload

Files you process without an account are handled in memory during the request and are not stored. If you have a Pro account, we store the results in encrypted storage for 30 days so you can re-download them, and delete them automatically at expiry.

Personal data

We store your email address for authentication and, if you subscribe, your Stripe customer ID. You can request deletion of your account at any time.

Cookies

We use browser local storage to recognise your session and control free usage. We don't use third-party cookies for advertising.
