By using PDFs.online you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully — they cover accounts, subscriptions, and what you can expect from the service.
The service
PDFs.online provides online tools to merge, split, compress, convert, and edit PDF files directly in your browser. An account is required to download processed files.
Acceptable use
You may only process files you own or are authorised to modify. Do not use the service to break passwords or DRM on files you do not own, to distribute illegal content, or to abuse the platform (automated scraping, denial of service, reverse engineering).
Free and Pro plans
The Free plan allows a limited number of uses per day and stores processed files for 24 hours. The Pro plan is billed monthly through Stripe, unlocks unlimited use, larger files, and a 30-day history. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Refunds
If Pro does not work for you, contact us within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it. Renewals are non-refundable but can be cancelled at any time to stop future charges.
Availability and warranty
The service is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it fast and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Always keep your own copy of any important file.
User content and responsibility
You are solely responsible for the files you upload and their content. PDFs.online does not review, endorse, or claim ownership of user files, and is not liable for the content of uploaded files or the results of processing them. By using the service you warrant that you hold the rights to any file you process and that its use does not infringe any third-party rights or applicable law.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute arising from the use of the service shall be submitted to the competent courts of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PDFs.online is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced on this page.
