Organize pages — Frequently asked questions
How do I write the order?
Comma-separated 1-based page numbers, e.g. 1,3,2,5. Add r90, r180 or r270 after a number to rotate that page.
Can I duplicate a page?
Yes — list the page number more than once.
What if I omit a page?
Omitted pages are simply dropped from the output PDF.
Does it work with any PDF?
Any unencrypted PDF works. Unlock protected files first with the Unlock tool.
Is Organize pages free to use?
Yes. The Free plan lets you run Organize pages twice a day on files up to 10 MB, no card required. Pro removes the daily limit and raises the size cap to 50 MB.
Does Organize pages work on Mac, Windows, iPhone and Android?
Yes. Organize pages runs in any modern browser, so it works the same on macOS, Windows, Linux, ChromeOS, iOS and Android — no app to install.
What's the maximum file size?
10 MB per file on the Free plan, 50 MB on Pro and 200 MB on Business. Larger files should be compressed first with the Compress PDF tool.
